20 oz. Porterhouse Steak

The bone-in has the same amount of usable protein (meat) as the 12 oz. New York that we carry.  The selling point is to educate the guest on the flavor of a steak that is on the bone

16 oz. New York Sirloin

Served off the bone and is from the tenderloin portion of the cattle.  Peppercorn-dressed is available and covered with our special sauce

10 oz. Filet

There are anywhere from 3-5 prime filets from a cow.  We use 2 of them.  Reason being, we use only center cut steaks.  We have the 2 premier cuts to maintain a consistent product in our restaurant

Center Cut Pork Chops

2-12 oz. that equal 24 oz. bone-in center cut pork chops.  Cooked vesuvio style or grilled

Seafood

All seafood items are available broiled, sauteed or Bella Mia Style with tomatoes, fresh garlic, basil and green onion.
